Sorting, Pictures, Customers

1. Are PET bottles and cans sorted in Model 3 and Model 4?
Yes. PET and cans are automatically sorted. We also have a 3-type separator (optional).
2. Can you provide more videos and pictures of Models 3, 4, 5, and 6?
Yes. Please contact me via WhatsApp and I will send all materials.
3. Do you have Polish customers? How many?
Yes, we have 3 Polish clients who already placed orders.

Dimensions, Installation, Database

4. What are the exact dimensions with and without packaging?
All model dimensions are listed in the quotation file previously sent.
5. Can the machine be installed outside?
Yes. For outdoor installation we provide a protective cover.
6. Does the RVM have its own product database?
It is possible, but very complex to develop. My suggestion: let us help build and maintain the database for you.
7. How is the database created or updated?
We use MySQL. For deeper technical details, we can schedule an online meeting.
8. Does it have a camera/scanner that rejects products not in the database?
Yes. Image recognition + database verification determines acceptance or rejection.

Fullness, Tracking, Cameras, Communication

9. How does the machine detect full container state?
Using ultrasonic distance measurement.
10. Does it have GPS tracking?
If needed, we can provide global GPS. It is currently under development.
11. Does it have a security camera (CCTV)?
Yes. Options:
• Network monitoring (remote)
• Or internal memory storage
Details can be customized based on your requirement.
12. Does it have LTE/4G/5G connectivity?
Yes. We use 4G and WiFi. 5G optional.
13. Does it have an application to communicate?
Yes. Our backend management system is powerful. We can arrange an online meeting for demonstration.
14. Is there a UV lamp inside?
We use ozone sterilization instead of UV.
15. Where are the operator or container doors?
Please clarify what you mean by “operator/container doors”.
16. What touchscreen options are available?
• Infrared touchscreen
• Resistive touchscreen

Languages, Printer, Bags, Stickers

17. Is Polish language available on screen and receipt?
Yes. Our machines in Poland already use full Polish language.
18. Is the printer programmable?
The printer layout is fixed, but we can modify via our system. For large orders, we can develop APIs for your custom templates.
19. Is there a hook for the plastic bag?
Yes.
20. Can we order a blank machine without stickers?
Yes. We can provide machines with only spray paint (no stickers).

Warranty, Spare Parts, Payment, MOQ

21. Can we have 2 or more years warranty?
Standard warranty is 1 year for all clients.
22. Can we receive spare parts with the order?
Yes, of course.
23. What are your payment terms? Do you accept L/C?
Payment terms can be discussed. L/C can be negotiated depending on order scale.
24. Is the non-sale sample refundable after mass order?
No refund, but if you place 50 units or more, we can give you an extra backup machine.
25. What is the MOQ?
1 unit.
26. How many units fit in a 40' container?
About 24–26 units.
27. What is the shipping cost for a 40' container?
We will ask our shipping agency. Cost varies by month.
